Designed for producing cross-milling and drilling operations in round-milled or profiled timbers.
This machine allows for the manufacture of form-fit connections in round timbers with three-dimensional manual adjustment.
Typical applications include: corner joints for log houses, timber frame constructions, or garden wood products such as fences, carports, planters, raised beds, crash barriers, etc.

The horizontal boring machine consists of a steel welded base frame, a swiveling drilling device, a gas-spring assisted drilling column, and an adjustable column positioning system.
The workpiece is clamped using two centering vices. Special tooling (circular saw) enables asymmetric or end-grain machining.
The machine also makes it possible to drill 90° holes up to a maximum diameter of 120 mm in timber using flat drill bits.
