CNC special-purpose machine of type HPC FLEX-V100 by Werkzeugmaschinenfabrik Vogtland. The system is designed as a single-spindle machining module with horizontal/vertical machining capability and an automatic pallet changing system and was developed for the processing of rolling bearing cages.

The machining unit is based on a combination of two NC rotary tables (A and B axes), allowing for multiple machining positions and division angles. The 2-axis combination enables a pallet with workholding device to swivel from the loading position to the machining position.

Loading is carried out via an automatic pallet changer with a separate pallet entry station. Direct loading within the working area is not envisaged by design.

The system comes with comprehensive peripheral equipment, including a coolant system with high-pressure unit, chip conveyor, hydraulic power unit, recooling unit, centralized lubrication, as well as oil and emulsion mist extraction.

The machine is controlled by a Siemens SINUMERIK 840D CNC.

Used industrial special-purpose machine from a production environment. The system is fully assembled and equipped with extensive peripheral devices.

Optical condition corresponds to its age and previous use, with the usual signs of wear in the working area.

Machine inspection possible by prior appointment. Disassembly, loading, and transportation are to be carried out by the buyer.
