For sale is a robust and fully operational roll forming machine for the production of corrugated and tile profile sheets made from aluminium. This system is designed for continuous manufacturing of various profile geometries.

The machine was commissioned in October 1990 at Leichtmetallwerk Nachterstedt GmbH and stands out due to its solid industrial construction. With the integrated profiling section, cutting and embossing unit, as well as the automatic stacking system, it ensures an efficient production workflow from coil to finished profile.

The plant is particularly suitable for producing roof profiles, tile profiles, and aluminium corrugated profiles, offering versatile application possibilities in the field of sheet metal processing and profile manufacturing.

- Aluminium corrugated profile 28/125; material thicknesses: 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm and 1.0 mm

Condition & Inspection:
The machine is ready for production, in operational condition, and currently still in use. Thus, its functionality can be demonstrated on-site if interested.
The roll former can be inspected at our location in Krostitz, Hilchenbacher Straße 2A, by prior arrangement at any time.
