Verleimstern VS-3000-16

The Verleimstern was designed for edge and thickness gluing of timber, allowing glued joints to air dry. The Verleimstern has a compact footprint, and its modular design enables expansion according to the sizes of workpieces and required output. In addition, the machine is user- and maintenance-friendly.

The glued timber is placed into the clamping units, which are located per compartment on the endless chain and can be quickly and easily adjusted to accommodate varying workpiece dimensions. The Verleimstern is designed for material thicknesses ranging from 25 to 90 mm. Additional pressure elements (15–25 mm) must be used for smaller or larger thicknesses.

Clamping unit tightening can be performed manually, using a hand-operated hydraulic motor, or via an automatic hydraulic motor.
