Separator TSP.155

The separator is equipped with five shafts, which gives the material inside more space to loosen up along the rotational direction of the shafts. The shafts are arranged in the housing at a 15° angle to each other, creating a rounding effect by pre-orienting the material and inducing a tumbling motion. This significantly increases both throughput and material quality compared to separators with fewer shafts.

BS252 Shafts

Installed are BS252 block disc shafts, specifically designed to break up very wet and stubbornly compacted soils, crush earth clods, and thoroughly mix in additives such as lime or blended binders at high throughput rates. Equipped in this manner, the Terra-Star enables soil processing long after other equipment has already reached its limits.
