Popis
A high-quality device for the regeneration of DPF/FAP/GPF/SCR/EURO 5/EURO 6 filters and catalysts. Constructed entirely from stainless steel (AISI 304) and acid-resistant steel (AISI 316), suitable for all vehicle types. The machine features a 275-litre tank, a high-pressure pump with a capacity of up to 250 l/min, and an integrated filtration system for drying.
The Master Flash technology fully exploits the advantages of the hydrodynamic method, restoring filter efficiency up to 99.9% compared to a new filter. It is completely safe for the monolithic structure of DPF filters. Properly set parameters ensure thorough removal of PM10, PM2.5 particles, soot, carbon deposits, oil, cerium oxides, and heavy metals, preserving the factory filter properties.
The pump with chemical seal and electronics based on components from leading European manufacturers guarantee maximum quality and reliability. The machine is equipped with a filter contamination measurement system (backpressure measurement) and an integrated drying system that reaches temperatures between 70 and 130 degrees Celsius. The advanced filtration system with a pre-cleaning filter significantly extends the service life of the main filters. Master Flash technology, combined with the unique XPOWER DPF CLEANER chemistry, effectively removes PM10, PM2.5 particles, carbon deposits, oil, cerium, and heavy metals without mechanically affecting the filter structure, restoring the factory performance to 99.9%.
