XTON Master Cleaner MC1500

Workshop cabin washing system, constructed from stainless steel AISI 304 and acid-resistant steel AISI 316, developed for professional use in a wide range of industries and the automotive sector.
It is used to remove heavy contamination without damaging the surface of the cleaned component.
The system operates in a closed-circuit loop at temperatures up to 45°C. The working platform width is 150 cm.
The wash system is equipped with a 110-litre tank, which can optionally be thermally insulated to prevent rapid cooling of the heated liquid. Cleaning performance is enhanced by our proprietary XPOWER Active Cleaner fluid, which, in combination with the correct temperature and pressure from the spray gun nozzle, effortlessly removes all types of dirt. Standard equipment includes a high-pressure lance up to 140 bar, an air blow gun, and a low-pressure overflow brush. The wash cabin is pneumatically lifted, with adjustable height, bright LED lighting, and air ventilation for the viewing window to ensure operator comfort. The construction and design of the Master Cleaner MC 1500 comply with the highest quality standards (ISO 9001) and environmental standards (ISO 14001).

Ideal for removing contamination on steel, cast iron, and aluminium surfaces.

The Master Cleaner MC1500 is equipped with a special oil separator that effectively removes oil contaminants from the water in the washer tank.
