Please understand that I cannot accept liability for compliance with any safety regulations that may apply to the sold machine and its components at your location or in general. Compliance with such safety regulations is the sole responsibility of the end user.

All contracts concluded by me are subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is agreed to be Mannheim.
