ZERMA GSL 180

The ZERMA beside-the-press granulators of the GSL series 180/120 to 180/430 have been specifically developed as slow-running machines for applications in the injection molding sector. They feature a rotor diameter of 180 mm and working widths ranging from 120 to 430 mm. The rotor is directly driven by a geared motor. The special rotor knives can be reground multiple times.

Material feed is via a noise-reduced infeed hopper constructed in a sandwich design, which is available in various configurations depending on the type of feeding. Depending on requirements, granulators in this series are mounted on either a low or high mobile frame and fitted with the appropriate extraction/outlet chute. Together with numerous available options, these granulators offer extremely flexible application possibilities.

In addition to the usual benefits of all slow-running granulators, such as low noise emission and virtually dust-free regrind, the GSL 180/120 to GSL 180/430 models are particularly distinguished by their unique knife, rotor, quick-snap system, and excellent accessibility.
