ZERMA GSL 300

The GSL series granulators, models 300/400 to 300/800, are primarily intended for the size reduction of production scrap in injection moulding and blow moulding applications.

Alongside the key advantages of the GSL series, the slow-running granulators GSL 300/400, GSL 300/600, and GSL 300/800 are particularly suitable for processing large-area parts such as car door panels, bumpers, or hollow bodies.

Thanks to the “V-arrangement” of the rotor knives, pre-shredded material is kept in the centre of the rotor. This significantly reduces wear on the cutting chamber walls when granulating glass fibre-reinforced plastics. Material build-up on the side walls is avoided. The staggered arrangement of the rotor discs ensures that only individual knives are engaged at any given time, providing higher cutting force with each operation.
