When shredding long pipes and profiles, conventional granulators face significant challenges. In most cases, pits or platforms are required to allow the feeding of long and bulky parts.

This is why ZERMA developed the GSP series. Thanks to the nearly horizontal feed hopper, long parts can be conveniently loaded, and the risk of blockages is eliminated, as the machine meters the material automatically. If the grinding chamber is overloaded, no additional material is accepted until the operation can continue without overloading the motor.

ZERMA also offers a wide range of options including extraction systems, conveyor belts, metal detectors, fine material separators, and more.
