Digital printing system for carpet and textile printing
ChromoJet is a valve-based jet-printing technology, developed by ZIMMER in 1976, and has since established itself in carpet printing and printing on heavy textiles.

The ChromoJet family of digital printing systems is suitable for all types of pile products ranging from 300 to 1,500 g/m².

ChromoJet operates using high-speed valves. The pre-mixed, pressurized specialty or process dyes are injected deep into the pile surface with surgical precision, without any machine parts touching the fabric. The result is maximum dye penetration and excellent print resolution.

Dye classes:

- Acid and pre-metallized – for printing on polyamide (nylon) and wool
- Disperse – for printing on polyester-based carpets
- Cationic – for printing on modified (cationic) polyester and acrylic fibers
- Reactive – for printing on carpets and mats made from polyamide, wool, and cotton
