GRATMAXX Deburring Brush Machine

The machine is suitable for deburring cut edges on:
Round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, solid materials, and profiles of all types.

Materials:
Hard or soft steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics.

Operating procedure:
After adjusting the workpiece support and the side stops, the burred workpiece is gently held against the rotating brush (the brush rotates on its own axis), without rotating the workpiece itself — this movement is performed by the brush. The material of the workpiece, the burr thickness, as well as the desired edge rounding determine both the contact pressure and the press-on time, which is usually about 1–5 seconds.
