Highly robust machine operating on air and 220V, Plug and Play! Perfectly suited for filling small batches. Even a very small compressor is sufficient to operate this machine. Optionally, a compressor can be supplied.

The filler is equipped with a 500ml cylinder, allowing a maximum fill of 500ml per cycle. Multiple cycles allow for larger volumes. The minimum fill per cycle is 50ml; any volume between 50ml and 500ml can be dispensed in a single stroke.

Comes with a large 25L hopper; optionally, the machine can be connected to an IBC or 200L drum for even faster operation with large quantities. The machine is equipped with both a foot pedal and an automatic mode. In automatic mode, continuous filling is possible, making the machine ideal for larger batches. The foot pedal allows filling at your own pace.

Depending on the operator and fill quantity, the output is between 15-25 units per minute. This makes it a very fast machine. The machine weighs approximately 15-20kg and can be easily placed on a table. Made entirely of stainless steel, it is a high-quality machine.
