Description
On offer is an automatic sideboard processing line with singulation, trimmer for cross-cutting, 2 stacking machines, additional discharge, and cross-cutting of stacking battens:
Boards 2000–5000 mm length, 16–40 mm thickness, 70–200 mm width, throughput 29 or 58 pieces/minute, single-operator control seated at the joystick:
- Boards transverse discharge with 4-strand roof chain transverse conveyor
- Singulation steep conveyor 6000 mm wide, 3000 mm inclined
- Alignment roller conveyor
- Chain transverse conveyor as layer former
- Star turner and grader before the trimmer

- Trimmer with 11 saws on a 50.5 cm grid: The operator (seated) uses the joystick to grade:
without recut 5000 mm to stacking machine 1, alternatively: without recut 4000 mm to stacking machine 1
with recut 4000 mm to stacking machine 2 with recut 3000 mm to stacking machine 2
with recut short lengths to discharge box with recut short lengths to discharge box
with recut 2 or 3 x 101 cm for stacking battens with recut 2 or 3 x 101 cm for stacking battens
or destruction cut – cross-cut length 505 mm for the underlying vibrating chute
- 2 stacking machines: 1 x 2500–5000 mm and 1 x 2000–4000 mm
- Automatic lowering of finished packages and transfer to automatic strapping
- FROMM strapping with 16 mm plastic strap and automatic transfer to the takeaway roller conveyor

For example: One operator processed, packaged and strapped approx. 15,000 sideboards (4000/17 x 76 mm) in 9 hours.
The plant is still assembled, but the upstream canter line has already been dismantled. Therefore, the equipment is available immediately. It is very robustly built and has always run reliably and trouble-free.
