Vibrating screen machine series ASM

S&F vibrating and flat screens are used in various sectors of the wood processing industry (sawmills, pellet plants). Screening machines of the "ASM" series are designed to screen wood chips, wood pellets, sawdust and saw shavings, waste wood, biomass, as well as many other sawmill by-products in both dry and wet applications.

The gentle, horizontally-circular screening motion of the inclined screen box ensures highly accurate separation with the vibrating screen. A key advantage of this screening machine is that long and fibrous particles glide diagonally or tangentially across the screen surface. This prevents clogging and wedging, in contrast to throw screens. Additional benefits include robust construction, high screening capacity, and long, low-maintenance service life.

In addition to standard dimensions, the company also supplies the "ASM" series as a customized split version for existing plants. This makes it possible to install new screening machines even in confined or hard-to-reach spaces within existing facilities or sawmills.

Screening machines in the "ASM" series offer screen sizes from 0.5 to 15 m² (per screen deck) and feature a high screening capacity (up to 350 m³/h, depending on material).
