Horizontal packaging machine including auger filler and linear weigher for dosing and packaging granulates and powdered products into pre-made bags. MINI VERSION for pre-made doypacks, block bottom bags, or flat bags. Modules for specific bag features such as zip/press closure, twist cap (spout), or gusset form can be integrated; optional: batch/date printer, gas flushing module. Bag detectors check for correct placement and complete opening of the doypack bag. As soon as the bag is detected, the product is dispensed into the bag via the filling spout. The sealing area is kept clean throughout this process. A special gripping system securely holds the stand-up pouch in position during filling before the doypack is closed and sealed.
