Rotary filling and sealing machine for pre-made pouches with 8 production stations. Suitable for flat pouches and doypacks, with or without zipper or spout valve. Easy operation via touchscreen and SIEMENS PLC, frequency converter for speed control, "no pouch (or no open pouch) – no fill/seal" function. Motorized pouch width adjustment, oil-free plastic bearings. All parts in contact with pouch or product are made of stainless steel (SS304). - Can be used with all types of feeding and dosing modules (optional) for granules, liquids, pastes, powders, etc. Suitable for a wide range of packaging films such as laminated and single-layer PE and PP films, paper, etc. (details upon request). Vertical pouch feeding via hopper (for flat pouches, optionally: horizontal feeding, especially for zipper or spout pouches). Vacuum unit for opening pouches made from thinner film materials. Suitable for the following pouch sizes: L(100-350)xW100-210)mm. - Specifications: max. empty cycle speed: 45 cycles/min; power: 380V, 3.0kW; compressed air: 0.6m³, 6bar; machine dimensions: L2500xW1800xH1800mm; weight: 1100kg.
