Sample system for filling small bottles with low liquid volumes: A typical application is eye drops. The system includes a container orientation unit that places the small bottles onto a feed conveyor. Module for bottle cleaning (water/gas) and internal/external rim (cap components), bottle filling, and labeling. PLC-controlled system. A total of 3 water rinsing and 3 gas rinsing processes ensure an extremely high level of cleanliness without water residue. All parts in contact with the liquid are made entirely from SS316-grade stainless steel. - Specifications: Filling accuracy: < +/- 0.5%; Output: up to 120 bottles/min; Filling capacity: 5–30ml; Power supply: 380V, 3.8kW; Compressed air: 6 bar. - All these specifications are for reference only; the final configuration depends on the exact production process.
