Full-automatic filling and sealing machine for filling pharmaceutical liquids into vials. Suitable for aseptic filling and for vaccines. The main machine uses a peristaltic pump system to dose safely and precisely and seals the vials with a lyophilization stopper. The 8-head capping unit also operates very quickly and precisely, and is suitable for aluminum screw caps. The vials are individually guided, allowing for safe and rapid filling and sealing. Included is a collection table for the finished product, which can be flexibly combined with the main machine and the capper to form a complete line. All machines/modules are equipped with dust protection covers and a laminar-flow hood.
