Automatic packaging machine for filling and packing tea into single-chamber tea bags, followed by packaging them into 3-side seal sachets. Includes volumetric dosing unit and labelling system for attaching the string with tag. Labelling system: In the standard configuration, the tag is folded and glued together with the inserted string. Optionally, a heat-sealing module is available for this production step. Method of attaching the string to tea bags: By heat-sealing into the edge of the tea bag. Grouping of sachets output either individually, counted, or (optionally) into pre-erected cartons.
