AMTEC VFFS-SYS Coffee 60L

Complete vertical packaging system for dosing coffee beans AND ground coffee, and packaging into coffee stand-up pouches with aroma valve. The system is equipped with two separate dosing systems (auger filler for powder, volumetric doser for granules) and also features a Z-bucket conveyor, screw conveyor, outfeed conveyor belt, and an AMTEC PRO P60L as the VFFS packaging machine. A hot embossing date and batch number printer (optional: thermal transfer printer on request), an anti-static module, gusset device for stand-up pouches, and a flat-bottom module (bottom seam placed closely to the pouch base, depending on the film material) are also included in the equipment.
