AMTEC TF 400-65

Fully automatic tube filler for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, and general care products like shower gel, hair shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, and sunscreen. Suitable for pre-made tubes (with cap) made of plastic, metal, or coated composite material. Fully automatic feeding and alignment of tubes (rotation in the holder) based on print mark, as well as filling and sealing of the tubes. Prior to filling, the tube is flushed with air to prevent contamination. No-tube-no-fill is also a standard feature. Water cooling system, batch/date printer, and dosing unit consisting of pneumatic piston pump and storage tank with fill level sensor are included. PLC controlled, operation via touchscreen. Optional at extra charge: heated storage tank, agitator for storage tank, additional format sets (holders) for different tube diameters, external tube feed elevator. – Specifications: max. machine cycle rate in idle: 65 cycles/minute; filling range: 1-400ml; accuracy: ±0.5%; tube diameter: 10-50mm (one holder required per tube diameter); tube length: 80-230mm; number of filling heads: 1; storage tank capacity: 45L; product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel 316L; power supply: 220/380V, power consumption: 9kW; compressed air: 0.4-0.6MPa; machine dimensions: L2000xW1160xH2100mm.
