Vertical packaging machine specifically designed for the cosmetics industry, suitable for producing round sachets as well as 4-side sealed double-chamber sachets. Completely round-edge sealed sachets are produced two per cycle. Changing the sachet type requires a time-intensive format change and technical expertise. Included is a dosing pump for creams, fluids, etc., selected according to the customer’s product requirements, which then determine the individual specifications. PLC and LCD touchscreen from Siemens, automatic program setup, print mark sensor, SS304 stainless steel version including hot embossing unit (for production date, etc.). – Specifications: Sachet size: customized; film roll width: max. 320 mm; suitable for composite and mono-layer aluminum, PE, BOPP, and PP films, and paper; machine cycle rate without product: 40 cycles/minute (equals 80 round sachets or 40 double-chamber sachets); 220V/2.5kW; 6 bar, 0.3 m³/min.
