Complete version of the vertical packaging system with auger dosing unit, screw conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packing powdery products with high or low flowability. The vertical form fill and seal machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operation monitor, available in various languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, double transport possible, air elimination/extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing – does not create a vacuum), holder device for heavy finished bags, Euro hole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may incur additional charges). - Specifications of the VFFS packaging machine: filling range up to 5000ml; film width: max. 620mm; bag size min-max: L(100-400)xW(180-300)mm; max. machine cycle speed (idle): 45 cycles/minute; stainless steel 304; 220V, 5kW; 6 bar, 0.3m³/min; dimensions packaging machine: LxWxH approx. 1780x1850x1950mm; weight: 700kg. - Specifications of the auger dosing unit: filling capacity up to 50l (hopper); dosing range: 10-5000g; max. machine cycle speed (idle): 40 cycles/min; accuracy: ±0.3~1.5% (depending on product); 380V, 3kW; dosing unit dimensions LxWxH: 600x1250x1200mm; weight: 220kg. Support rod available as an option. The discharge conveyor features a stainless steel frame. - Specifications: conveying speed: 30m/min; 220V, 0.55kW; dimensions LxWxH: approx. 1850x550x1230mm; weight: 80kg. Dimensions of the complete system: approx. L2980xW3650xH2600mm, depending on final configuration. The system must generally be adapted to customer-/product-specific requirements.
