AMTEC VFFS-MW H10-P55XS

VFFS machine with 10-head multihead weigher for bulk materials and granulates. Compact design without platform frame. Suitable for the production of pillow bags with back seam, gusset stand-up pouches (requires gusset tool) OR pyramid-shaped bags (requires special sealing unit). The VFFS machine is operated at an inclined angle to ensure protection of easily breakable products such as delicate frozen foods or bakery products. The vertical packaging machine is equipped with: touchscreen; PLC; photo sensor (print mark detection) for sealing/cutting position; pneumatic sealing unit for end sealing; servo motor for film transport; thermal transfer printer for batch number, date, and best-before date.
