VFFS machine with integrated free-fall metal detector for inspecting vertically falling products, and a 14-head multihead weigher for bulk goods and granulates. Compact design without platform frame. Suitable for the production of pillow bags with back seam, gusset stand-up pouches (gusset tool required), OR pyramid-shaped bags (special sealing unit required). The vertical packaging machine is equipped with: touchscreen, PLC, photo sensor (registration mark detection) for sealing/cutting position, pneumatic sealing unit for end sealing, servo motor for film feed, and thermal transfer printer for batch number, date, and best-before date.
