Complete version of the vertical packaging system with auger dosing unit, screw conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packaging powdery products with high or low flow properties. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operating monitor, available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, mark sensor, quick-change form unit, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, double transport possible, air removal system (removes air from the bag before sealing—no vacuum is created), holder device for heavy finished bags, Euro hole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may incur additional costs).

- Specifications of Auger Dosing Unit: Filling capacity up to 50 l (hopper); filling range: 10–1000 g; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 50 cycles/minute; accuracy: ±0.3~1.5% (depending on product); 380V, 2.5 kW; dosing unit dimensions L x W x H: 690 x 1030 x 1100 mm; weight: 150 kg.

The screw conveyor enables automatic transport of material to the dosing unit. The vibration motor ensures uniform product flow. Infeed hopper with up to 150 liters volume. Size depends on the customized final system.
- Specifications: Hopper, conveyor length, and angle can be customized according to application/product. Overall dimensions will depend accordingly. Conveyor length: 3~4m; stainless steel 304; conveying speed: 3.0 m³/h–12.0 m³/h; 380V, 0.8 kW–4.1 kW; weight: 130 kg–270 kg. Deviations from the stated specifications are possible. The discharge conveyor features a stainless-steel frame.

Dimensions of the complete system: approx. 2350 x W3590 x H2500 mm, depending on final configuration. The system must generally be customized according to customer/product requirements. Therefore, specification deviations in modules and machines are possible.
