The BC-40 CA is a fully automatic, horizontal stretch wrapper for bundling and spiral wrapping products that are to be fixed on a corrugated cardboard blank.
Upon actuation of the foot switch, the machine automatically centres the blank placed on the infeed conveyor and feeds it to the rotating ring. The format of the blank is detected automatically and assigned to one of the ten adjustable wrapping programs.
The feed and rotating ring speeds are adjustable and controlled via frequency inverters. The product is automatically fixed to the blank by the machine, and a clamping and cutting system ensures attachment and trimming of the film at the beginning and end of the wrapping cycle.
The machine features a quick-loading system for film roll changes.
