Notes:
The baler has been partially overhauled, serviced in our workshop, tested upon completion, and stored. The machine is available at short notice and can be inspected at our warehouse by appointment.

The following refurbishment works were carried out:
- Derusting and partial repainting of the baler
- Hydraulic oil tank drained, oil and air filters replaced
- New hydraulic oil filled
- All hydraulic hoses replaced
- Main hydraulic cylinder, two pre-press lid cylinders, and press channel cylinder disassembled, inspected, honed, all seal kits renewed, and final pressure test performed
- Pre-press lid with bearings and bearing housings dismantled. 1st and 3rd arc segments removed and newly welded
- Both bearings of the pre-press lid shaft replaced
- Upper material deflector on pre-press lid frame replaced
- Press ram dismantled, checked, and both front rollers renewed
- Material deflector and wear profiles on sides and bottom of press ram removed and newly welded
- Horizontal and vertical needle and tying units dismantled, checked, plastic slide plates, driller shaft bearings, and wire guide pulleys in the needle heads replaced
- Both brass slide rails on left and right cover of the press ram replaced
- Both wire deflection units with bale retention clamps completely renewed
- Wire inserting unit including hydraulic cylinder below needle guides completely renewed
- Wire inlet grooves on floor and side walls of press channel welded and smoothed
- General maintenance and service work carried out according to manufacturer’s specifications
- Baler tested in manual and automatic mode after refurbishment, accepted, and stored
