The control unit is a Siemens PLC control panel.
The machine is controlled via Siemens PLC (S7-300 controller).
The heating elements are equipped with temperature sensors for control and serve as safety shut-off in case of overheating.
Pin systems in the tool clamping areas enable reproducible positioning.

- Low reject rate thanks to dimensionally accurate and reproducible welds.
- Precise time, temperature, and force control allows welding of even sensitive components.
- Nearly all thermoplastics can be welded using this process.
- Various types of plastics can be welded together (compatibility must be checked).
