Brogli MH 100 C

This process plant is designed for the production of creams, ointments, gels, pastes, lotions, suppository masses, etc., with a working capacity of 100 liters. The total volume with the container closed is 123 liters; the minimum filling volume is 35 liters.

The system consists of a fully enclosed stainless steel vessel with a double jacket, which can be heated or cooled electrically or with water. The vessel is equipped with an integrated lid containing the mixing units and drives. The mixing vessel is mounted on three castors, making it mobile for filling and cleaning.

The lid is mounted on a lift column for hydraulic raising and lowering, which facilitates cleaning and emptying. It is equipped with inspection windows and two filling nozzles with valves. These nozzles can also be used for feeding other product components. In addition, the unit features an adjustment mechanism for setting the grinding gap of the toothed colloid mill.
