General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 80/30 ton four-column hydraulic drawing press is an industrial press solution designed for applications requiring high precision in metal forming, deep drawing, and die testing. It features a four-column rigid frame structure.

The St52 grade steel frame undergoes stress relief through a vibration method, ensuring high parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances during pressing operations. The ram and cushion systems operate independently; stroke and pressure settings can be precisely controlled from the operator panel.

Fitted with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, IE3 motor class, and PLC-controlled system, it offers safe, energy-efficient, and durable operation. The automatic lubrication system and filter contamination alerts minimize maintenance requirements.

This model provides an ideal solution for small to medium series production, die testing, and precision forming applications.
