General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic forming presses are engineered for heavy-duty deep drawing operations requiring very high tonnage, large table dimensions, and controlled blank holder force. Thanks to its 8-guide H-frame press body design, the press ensures highly rigid ram and table movements throughout the pressing cycle; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are stably maintained over the full stroke.

The CHSP 2000/600 model, with 2000-ton main ram and 600-ton blank holder capacity, provides high control and repeatability for large-scale dies, deep drawing, and forming operations. The stress-relieved welded steel construction is designed via vibration processing for long service life and reliable operation in heavy industrial conditions.
