General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed with a double-acting operating principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. The 8-guideway H-frame structure provides maximum rigidity during pressing; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are stably maintained throughout the long stroke.

The CHSP 600/200 model, with a 600-ton main ram and 200-ton lower cushion (pot) capacity, is designed to provide full control over the die and workpiece in high-tonnage deep drawing and spinning operations. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration for long-lasting and reliable operation.
