Emmegi Quadra L1

The QUADRA L1 consists of an automatic loading magazine and a gripper feed system for profile lengths up to 7500 mm. The feed system transports the profile bar to the machining unit, which is equipped with six spindle motors capable of performing drilling and milling operations all around the profile. The sawing module is 3-axis and features a 600 mm diameter saw blade. The finished part is removed from the machining area by an unloading unit and placed onto the unloading table, where it is conveyed to the removal position via powered belts. The machining area is fully enclosed and can optionally be equipped with sound-absorbing mats.

Automatic loading magazine with a maximum capacity of 15 profiles, assuming a profile width of 100 mm. The profiles are conveyed to the gripper position by means of a belt conveyor.

Automatic 3-axis CNC feed unit. Based on profile data, the unit positions itself in accordance with the length and cross-sectional profile at the pick-up position to feed the bar for machining.

A 600 mm saw blade, with its 3-axis movement capability, covers a large cutting range.

Our price is quoted net, excluding the applicable VAT. Transport is not included, but we can arrange loading onto the customer’s truck by agreement.
