ROTATHERM chamber cleaning systems are used in all areas of industry and trade for cost-effective cleaning of a wide variety of items and materials.

The parts are cleaned in a process similar to that of a dishwasher. Placed in a wire mesh basket, they are washed from all sides inside the sealed unit using a hot detergent spray. The machine is started after preselecting the desired temperature and washing time. A centrifugal pump circulates the cleaning fluid to the nozzle system, which simultaneously rotates the basket. (Optional: electric motor basket drive)

After the cleaning cycle is complete, the machine shuts off automatically. The parts can also be removed earlier; in this case, lifting the lid will automatically switch off the pump.

ROTATHERM chamber cleaning systems are available at short notice in various sizes and models, and can be modified on request for specific requirements. Typically, water-based cleaning agents are used, but solvents can also be used in our cleaning machines. Explosion-proof versions are available if required.
