This compact all-rounder can significantly boost your productivity. The HGD model hydraulic swing beam shear supports you with precise, fast, and cost-efficient cutting processes in your daily workflow. Hydraulic hold-downs secure the sheet, while the front support table with integrated ball rollers ensures ergonomic and efficient sheet handling for your operator. The CNC controller allows the use of various sheet types preloaded in the material library. After selecting the maximum thickness, the optimum cutting gap is automatically set electro-hydraulically via CNC control, and it can also be adjusted manually. The backgauge’s position and retract function (motorized) can be easily set via the touchscreen. Furthermore, the controller features memory storage for cutting programs with cutting sequences.
