This compact all-rounder will increase your productivity. The HGS model hydraulic swing-beam shear supports you with precise, fast, and cost-efficient cutting operations in your daily workflow. The use of hydraulic hold-down clamps to fix the sheet, combined with a support table equipped with built-in ball rollers, ensures ergonomic and efficient cutting for your operators. The CNC control allows the use of different sheet types that are already stored in the material library. After selecting the maximum sheet thickness, the optimum blade gap is automatically adjusted via the electro-hydraulic CNC control, but can also be set manually. The position and retract function of the motorized back gauge can be conveniently controlled via touchscreen. The control also offers memory for cutting programs, including cutting sequences.
