The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide selection of press forces ranging from 40 to 400 tons, to suit your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded for tandem operation, giving you great flexibility in bending lengths. It features a wealth of functions that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Furthermore, the machine provides numerous options for expansion and customization according to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control allows for convenient operation via touchscreens and comes with a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swivel arm. Bending operations are initiated via a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The CNC control system automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
