The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be extended as a tandem machine, giving you great flexibility with bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure easy and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, ensures durable and reliable performance. Moreover, the machine offers a variety of options and equipment extensions to adapt it to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control enables convenient operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending processes are started by actuating a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control of the press brake automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force and tool safety zones.
