The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., with registered office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT no. RO27987796, registration no. 2A0522, through insolvency practitioner Daniel-Lucian Godorogea acting as the judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Register next to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed by Civil Ruling no. 1278 rendered on 03.07.2025 by the Specialized Tribunal Cluj in case no. 442/1285/2025,

hereby organizes a public auction with increasing bids for the sale of the asset identified in this notice.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00 at DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. headquarters, Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. If no sale occurs, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, and 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For property inspections, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00–12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at phone number 0763 478 619 to express their intention to participate before the scheduled date.

Throughout the auction procedure, the judicial liquidator may organize additional viewing days, which will be communicated to interested parties.

Upon adjudication, the judicial liquidator will issue a fiscal invoice for the value of the awarded assets. Conversion of the price into lei will be made at the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania on the date the invoice is issued.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction information file for participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator according to industry practices, will include the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner for a price of 500 lei + VAT. It may be purchased at the judicial liquidator’s office or by phone, in which case it will be sent by email to the participant.

The participation guarantee is set at 10% of the starting price. The guarantee together with the application documents must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date, at the judicial liquidator's office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the asset price if the participant is declared the winner, and will be returned to those who are not declared winners.

In the event of equal highest bids, the person undertaking to pay the full amount the soonest will be declared the winning bidder.

The payment term for the sale price is 5 working days from the award date. If the remaining amount is not paid, the buyer will forfeit the guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in future auctions.
