Gooseneck:

Low Bed:

- Supply lines are protected within the extendable beams and automatically adjust to the low-bed length.
- 5 pairs of lashing rings, fold-out to the outside (LC 10,000 daN).
- 6 pairs of threaded blocks on the inner beam for bolted RUD rings.

Rear Chassis:
- Rear chassis with a closed outer frame, checker plate covering, and a continuous prismatic excavator trough, approx. 1,250/700 x 505 mm, open at the rear.
- 2 pairs of lashing rings, fold-out to the outside (LC 10,000 daN).
- 1 pair of lashing rings, horizontal in the trough (LC 16,000 daN).
- 1 pair of lashing rings, horizontal in the trough (LC 10,600 daN).
- 2 pairs of stake pockets for plug-in stakes approx. 100 x 50 mm in the outer frame.

PENDLE-AXLE:
- Pendle axle, all axles hydro-mechanically forced steered.
- Hose rupture valve on the axle compensation cylinder with automatic reset function.
- Hydraulic cylinders with shut-off valves and locking pins to secure in the raised position.
- Final coating of axles with 2 layers of 2-component paint, single color in FAY-Grey-34-0260.

Braking system:
- Wabco braking system according to EU regulations with EBS-E (2S2M) without connection lines to the tractor.

Electrical system:
- Electrical system according to EU regulations, lighting 24 Volt ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3).
- All LED side marker lights flash with the indicator.
- ASPÖCK-UNIBOX at front connection strip with 24N, 24S, & 15-pin sockets, according to ISO.

Steel construction:
- Steel structure made from high-strength fine-grain steel.
- Steel grades: S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355MPa), S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690MPa)

Paintwork:
- Complete steel structure is automatically blasted after welding using a blasting wheel system.
- Second blasting with corundum for optimal coating adhesion.
- HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc / 15% aluminum) to guarantee top corrosion protection.
- Final coating with 2 layers of 2K topcoat, single color in RAL 3002 carmine red according to RAL system 841GL.

Including the following additional equipment:
- 2-inch kingpin
- One galvanized steel front wall, approx. 400 mm high
- Remote steering control at front and rear, operated via cable remote with push-buttons, including single-track monitoring of axles (without installation in tractor)
- Electro-hydraulic unit (± 45kg)
- 2 pairs of bolted container locks on the outer beams. Including 2 pairs of container locks for 1x 20' or 1x 40' container
- On the gooseneck: aluminum side/bulkhead and rear wall, plug-in type, approx. 2,440 x 400 mm (L x H). The rear galvanized plug-in stakes are removable. (Superstructure length approx. 2,560 mm)
