Technical Description
Gooseneck: SNT-design gooseneck to optimize platform length, length approx. 3,900 mm, rear with bevel approx. 1,000 mm x 6°.
Technical fifth-wheel load: 18,000 kg. Suitable for tractor units: 4 x 2 and 6 x 2.

Loading Platform: Length approx. 9,600 mm with rear bevel of approx. 900 mm x 6°. Section after gooseneck hydraulically lift- and lowerable, length approx. 3,000 mm, load capacity up to approx. 9,000 kg.

Ramps: DR-10-900-4920-GR-HV-AXS
One pair of two-piece AXS steel ramps, approx. 4,920 mm long and approx. 900 mm wide. Open grating surface. Ramps with hydraulically folding ramp tips. Each ramp can be hydraulically shifted approx. 235 mm outward and approx. 365 mm inward. Maximum load and drive-on angle as per technical datasheet: C470319. Maximum ramp angle with lowered platform: 9°.

Axles and Suspension: BPW axles and suspension, all axles hydro-mechanically forced-steered. Technical axle load: 12,000 kg. Air suspension with raising and lowering valve. Axle tools included.

Tyres: 235/75 R 17.5 3PMSF dual tires. Brand at our discretion. Load index 143/141J (144/144F).

Braking System: WABCO EBS-E brake system according to EU standards. Without connection cable to the tractor unit.

Lighting System: 24-volt "ASPÖCK-NORDIK full LED" lighting, compliant with EU standards. (ASS 3)

Metallization: Complete HRM (High Resistance Metallization) of the entire structure. Full-steel construction shot-blasted, then hot finished with ZINACOR 850 (Zinc 85% – Alu 15%).

6-coat finishing:
Full-steel construction, shot-blasted after welding. 1 coat zinc-based primer, 1 coat adhesion primer. Final coating with 2 coats of 2-component (acrylic) paint in a single RAL color of your choice. Afterwards, sealing of cavities with special wax. Rims in silver. Multi-color and special paintwork available at additional cost.

Steel Structure: High-strength, fine-grained steel construction. Steel grades: S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355MPa); S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690MPa).
Welders certified according to DIN-EN 287-1. MAG welding process as per EN ISO 4063. Protective gas M21 according to EN ISO 14175.

Front wall made of steel, removable, approx. 400 mm high.

Connection bar for supply lines to the tractor unit, mounted at the height of the outer frame profile.

ASPÖCK-UNIBOX at the front connection bar with 24N, 24S & 15-pin sockets.
