STICK PROCESSING CENTER Federhenn SBZ 150 G, Type 81.25K150, for processing cut profile bars with inserted steel reinforcement. The machine mainly consists of: MACHINE BASE FRAME, constructed of solid welded steel
1x LINEAR MODULE with gripper for precise positioning of the profile bars to be processed
CONTROL CABINET containing all electronic and pneumatic components, equipped with drilling units for the following operations:
- Dowel hole drilling
- Mullion hole drilling
- Fastening hole drilling
OUTFEED GRIPPER mounted on a linear axis, for depositing the bars onto a transverse conveyor module
OUTFEED MODULE for profiles from the SBZ machining unit via a belt conveyor. The bars are removed manually at the end of the conveyor, including occupancy monitoring at the table end. Standard module length: approx. 3,000 mm
