Popis
The existing window painting line was in full operation until December 19, 2025, inclusive. The system is currently still connected to the electrical supply network but will be replaced by a new robotic painting system as part of the year-end changeover.
The goal is to find a suitable subsequent user who will professionally dismantle and transport the entire system on their own at the beginning of the coming year.
System Concept Description
Loading and unloading of the traverses with window frames and sashes is performed via a lifting/lowering station, which enables ergonomic and process-reliable feeding of the system.
Impregnation and priming of the workpieces take place in a vertical flood booth. The coating is applied using the flooding process via vertically arranged spray nozzles. A dripping and drying zone follows, during which the traverses are guided in an inclined position.
Lhedpox Npzcjfx Ac Hjr
First drying tunnel with a buffer capacity of approx. 40 traverses. Drying is achieved using warm air, generated by a hot water system with a supply temperature of approx. 85°C.
Switching system for optionally directing the workpieces either to a second impregnation/priming process or directly to the following coating unit.
Coating unit in the form of a lift stand with integrated electrostatic application (E-Statik). The coating is applied on one side, complemented by an automated turning device, so that workpieces can be passed through the spray unit again for repeated coating cycles.
Second drying tunnel with a buffer capacity of approx. 50 traverses. Here too, drying is accomplished by warm air from hot water with a supply temperature of approx. 85°C.
Buffer section after the second drying tunnel with a capacity of approx. 25 traverses, serving as the transfer area to the unloading station.
