Most recently, the line was used for the production of automotive door panels.
The film itself was coated with hot-melt adhesive. However, the system can also be used for dispersion adhesive (adhesive applied to the carrier parts).

Very large components are possible, with a forming area of up to 800 x 2,000 mm.
The maximum component forming height is 250 mm.
Very fast cycle times below 60 seconds are easily achievable.

The system was regularly maintained and remained operational until its decommissioning.
