We are offering you an immediately available, top-of-the-line thermoforming linear system featuring automatic tool change, rotary table, powerful under-table with spindle drive, tool change station, maintenance platform, hot melt extraction, heater enclosure, and numerous additional special features, directly from the manufacturer FRIMO.

Most recently, the line was used for the production of automotive door panels.
The film itself was coated with hot-melt adhesive. However, the system can also be used for dispersion adhesive (adhesive applied to the carrier parts).
Very large components are possible, with a forming area of up to 800 x 2,000 mm.
The maximum component forming height is 250 mm.
Very fast cycle times below 60 seconds are easily achievable.

The system was regularly maintained and remained operational until its decommissioning.

Currently, the system is professionally stored at our facility in Hungary.
