- Machine completely disassembled, all components thoroughly cleaned and fully checked for functionality.
- Main spindle newly re-bedded, runout 3 µm.
- All guideways hand-scraped to match new machine geometry.
- Worn parts replaced, defective components repaired or replaced.
- Remounted, full functional test and internal acceptance.
- Machine newly painted.
- Machine in faultless, production-ready condition.

Current geometric accuracy after overhaul, measured with dial gauge

Measurement of magnet performed with dial gauge.
