During the cutting cycle, the software compares cutting load with preset values and can stop the sawing system in case of irregularities. - The saw blade is cleaned by two adjustable steel brushes, driven hydraulically. - The hydraulic unit, including filter and manometer, ensures particularly smooth operation at consistent pressure. - Precision-ground carbide inserts securely clamp the blade, complete with side-hardened and adjustable guide rollers. The adjustable band guide automatically moves as close as possible to the material. - The saw blade is tensioned by a hydraulic cylinder, which is controlled by the machine’s software. Tension is automatically released after a set time in idle or after a cycle is completed. - Automatic version with CNC control available in X-TECH 900 / 1200 models for high production rate series, featuring a feed length of 500 mm. - The material is supported by a table with seven rollers, powered by a hydraulic orbital motor for precise material positioning even under maximum load. - All guided movements are powered by four recirculating ball guides with high capacity for both static and dynamic loads, ensuring drastically reduced feed friction.
