Equipment / Special features:
- Machine currently set up for high-precision drilling of injection pump parts (Ø approx. 25 x 150 mm, bore approx. 5 mm) which are fed by an inclined conveyor into a dual alignment station, checked for correct orientation, and then automatically and in pairs transferred to the machining zone between drill bushing holder and powered tailstock by a loading gantry mounted transverse to the machine (2 x double gripper). After machining, the second pair of grippers takes over the workpieces and transfers them to a blow-out and drill breakage inspection station. After successful inspection, the workpieces drop into transport containers.
- Process programming and monitoring via SIEMENS OP 17 PLC control.
- 2 cooled, oil mist-lubricated high-frequency spindles by FORTUNA, approx. 2 / 3.5 kW capacity
